Standby protection for production lines and process equipment, or prime power where the grid is weak.
The right generator set depends less on the industry than on the duty cycle: how often it runs, how much load it carries and how quickly it must take over. The eight sectors below cover the projects we quote most often.
We size the set from the load list, then select the enclosure and control system that match the site.

Standby protection for production lines and process equipment, or prime power where the grid is weak.

Emergency power for operating theatres, ICU and life-support equipment with fast automatic changeover.

N+1 standby for data halls, base stations and edge sites, with remote monitoring and alarms.

Backup power for hotels, offices and shopping centres, keeping lifts, pumps and lighting running.

Power for airports, ports, toll stations and rail facilities where outages affect operations directly.

Prime power for site offices, camps, crushers and dewatering, on trailer chassis where the site moves.

Standby sets for residential towers and mixed-use developments, sized for lifts, pumps and emergency lighting.

Mobile power vehicles and trailer sets for utilities, public events and disaster recovery.
The duty cycle changes the rating, the cooling package and the maintenance interval. Tell us how the set will run and we size it accordingly.
For mains failure only, with a limited number of running hours per year and no overload capability. The most common choice for buildings, hospitals and data centres.
For sites without a reliable grid, running continuously with a 10% overload allowance for one hour in twelve. Typical for construction, mining and rental fleets.
For base-load operation at a constant rating with no overload allowance, such as district power or remote industrial plants.

For hospitals, data halls and process plants the set is judged on the first ten seconds after a mains failure, not on the day it is installed. We build these projects with automatic mains failure panels, battery chargers and block heaters so the unit is always ready to accept load.

When there is no grid to fall back on, the generator set becomes the power station. Trailer and vehicle-mounted units are built with larger fuel tanks, heavier air filtration and easier access for servicing in the field.
